Law - PCT Chapter II Demand Due

A "Demand" for international preliminary examination under Chapter II of the PCT must be filed within 19 months of the priority date or the PCT filing date, whichever is earlier. Filing a Demand provides the significant benefit of extending by 10 months the deadline for filing national applications.
