Law - Utilization Report

Federal regulations require that awardees submit, no more frequently than annually, in response to a request by their research sponsor(s), periodic reports on the utilization of each "subject invention" or on efforts at obtaining such utilization that are being made by the awardee or its licensees or assignees. The following sections of 37 CFR 401 explain this requirement:
