Law - Sequence Listing(s)

Care must be taken in following sequence listing format rules given in the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP). In the typical case of a biotechnology invention involving molecular biology or genetic engineering, the following sequence information may be appropriate for inclusion an invention disclosure, if applicable:

Sequence of any probe(s,)
Sequence of any known protein(s), and
Preferred regulatory sequence(s).
